Joe & Lindsay and their really cool dog, Dublin, are our fellow SE Portlanders and they will be married in March of next year. Their photo shoot was so awesome and it had the summer love that only the Gorge lighting can bring.  One of the things I love most about my job is meeting incredible people and hearing their stories. Joe and Lindsay have a pretty amazing one. Life can have some unexpected moments that are downright scary. But even in those dark moments, as uncertain as they can be, there is also an opportunity to experience real love, hope and kindness. This is their story. I really enjoyed my time with the two of them talking about marriage and how beautiful Christ designed it, great Portland restaurants and coffee shops and the diversity you find on the East Side of Portland. It's so important for us to live here and experience that. Thanks for a great night you guys...I am so stoked for your wedding next year.

Designers at NIKE by day, movie buffs at night and artists for life, Morgan and Raegen are getting married this summer in downtown Portland. I am stoked for their wedding. When I first met them the first thing I noticed was their thankful and genuine nature they had with me and each other. It really shows in their relationship and I am very happy for them. We had such a beautiful night in SE Portland and out at Sauvie Island the light was amazing. I am very happy for our new friendship and I look forward to next time.

One cool couple with a couple cool cars. When Lindsay pulled up for her engagement shoot driving a 1960's Mercedes Benz I was so thrilled and stoked for the shoot. Its not too often that a car like this is used as a daily driver. But I love that she drives it. Matt & Lindsay are your true laid back Portlanders and they were a pleasure to hang out with. We spend the better part of the night just driving around portland enjoying the beautiful weather and realizing what a small world it really is. I really look forward to the wedding and to our new friendship.

The skies in Portland are always amazing to me and whenever I see a beautiful one I take a photo with my iPhone. So when we shot John & Briana's photo shoot I was thrilled that one of our locations had a perfect sky for them. Jon & Briana are among the busiest couples I have met but finding the time for their photo shoot was well spent. It was a very cold day filled with a perfect elements. Photographing them was wonderful. Briana has such a beautiful, strong and passionate look and Jon being the true gentleman that he is gave frequent compliments to Briana throughout the entire photo shoot on how beautiful she is. It was sweet. I very much look forward to there wedding this summer.
